I lost my AirPods , and Sita from the hotel staff helped me find them. Her assistance made a big difference. The hotel was very clean and well-kept. I noted the attention to detail. All staff members were friendly. Their professionalism enhanced the entire experience. I appreciated the swift and helpful service provided.
The location requires a short walk to the outside, or waiting for transportation to the main entrance. The walk is about 10 minutes.

The gym had ample equipment, ensuring a good workout. Staff members Tuan and Sofar were very friendly and helpful, especially during the Tai Chi sessions I joined for my morning routine. I also enjoyed a relaxing massage at the Spa. Kwang and Mon provided a godlike experience.

The room was not entirely clean. Closer inspection revealed a considerable amount of dirt. the furniture was old, and the bathroom had a dirty door. These issues detracted from the overall experience.

The staff seemed arrogant. I felt little respect and a lack of true warmth. The service had a business-like, detached, and calculating feel. I also found the food and drinks overpriced with disappointing quality.

i found a variety of pools here. the grounds included lots of greenery, it looked scenic. there was a shuttle service to travel around the resort. staff kindness stand out in general.
the rooms had a dated feel. i saw evidence of ongoing maintenance in many areas. some pools needed better upkeep. the hotel is quite big which can be exhausting.
